Your web browser should display a web address starting with an "https" which indicates the SSL technology is in operation when using certain sections of our website such as our Checkout and My Account features.

Fed Ex Ground Home Delivery delivers to residences from Tuesday through Saturday and Fed Ex Ground Commercial delivers to businesses Monday through Friday. There are several Fed Ex Express Deliveries. Fed Ex Express Saver delivers in 3 business days, Fed Ex 2 day delivers in 2 business days. Fed Ex Standard Overnight delivers in the afternoon hours the next business day and Fed Ex Priority Overnight delivers the next morning hours the next business day. Any guaranteed “Saturday” delivery requires Express Priority Shipping and an extra Saturday delivery charge. The Lolita store is in Virginia. The average length of time for delivery to the East Coast is 1-3 business days, to the Midwest 3-4 business days, to the West Coat 5-6 business days and to Hawaii and Alaska-7 business days. Holidays and inclement weather may lengthen delivery time. The Lolita Store has a 2 day shipping policy but tries to ship out all orders daily Monday through Friday. Any order received after 3pm may ship the next day. When your order’s shipping label is obtained you should get an automatic e-mail from our site with your Fed Ex tracking number. You should be able to go to www.fedex.com by that evening and enter that tracking number and get a scheduled delivery time. If there is any problem with the delivery by Fed Ex with your order you may call Fed Ex at 1-800-463-3339. They will request your tracking number. Any damaged product may be reported to us at The Lolita Store at 1-877-566-0999. This will be handled on an individual basis and we will do a claim.
